Negative: The key box is quite old and flimsy. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on.

The apartment was probably reasonably priced for what it was but I had hoped for a few extra touches Positive: The apartment was ideally situated Negative: I expected the apartment to feel clean and welcoming but unfortunately it smelled stale and didn’t feel like it had been cleaned/aired recently. A few complimentary toiletries/ welcome basket would have been a nice touch.
