Positive: Location was nice right in centre of Ambleside

Perfect place to stay for a break in Ambleside Positive: Loved this property. Clean, comfortable, spacious, tastefully decorates, well equipped, lovely little garden, close to everything in Ambleside. Wanted to stay longer. Ambleside is a lovely little town and a great place to stay. Negative: It's on a relatively busy road (in Ambleside terms, so not super busy, but it's the main road through) so can be a bit noisy. The double glazing is excellent so you can't hear anything of windows shut.

We got this house last minute and was much better than expected and we will be coming here again, hopefully. Positive: The space was amazing and so convenient to the town. Surrounded by shops. Negative: The only thing was the lounge suite was not comfortable to sit on due to large seats so could not lean back properly. Other than that it was lovely.
