Everything was great, we would stay again next time!
Positive: Great location, very quiet, comfortable and cozy and the big garage was a bonus! Everything was so convenient especially travelling with pets.
Negative: Feel uncomfortable about not being able to do recycling properly and conveniently.

We had a lovely relaxing week and enjoyed visiting as many of the nearby places that we could great holiday thank you
Positive: Bakestones central is cosy and has everything you need. It was nice to have a shower that worked well and a tv that had no signal issues. The communication from hosts was excellent. Parking is ideal. Location is perfect for buses or walks to nearby places such as grasmere, rydal water and caves, Windermere, Wray castle etc and we loved getting the boat back from Windermere to Ambleside, lovely week and would definitely stay there again
Negative: The noise of the staff from the Tapas Bar next door, there was lots of clattering about and loud talking until late at night. Also the fact that the staff regularly stood in the alleyway smoking

Cosy central accomodation
Positive: Location was amazing to be so central, the living area was really cosy and comfortable. The whole property was very clean and had all we needed for our stay. Having the car in a secure garage was nice.
Negative: If the car park opppsite the garage is full, it was incredibly challenging to get in/out the garage. The mattress and pillows in the double bed we unfortunatly didn't find comforable.

Central ambleside
Positive: Central location, integral garage well equipped kitchen, ideal base for many walks.
Negative: Very little. Nearby pub emptying bottles 6 in morning a minor issue

Positive: The location couldn’t have been better. We found this worked out much cheaper than a hotel in that area and gave us all our own room as well as a lovely livingroom to sit and chat. We had a great time and The Priests Hole restaurant just yards away was so good we went back.
Negative: Obviously it’s two single rooms and a double so ideal for families. For three friends sharing, the downside is that some rooms are better than others but we knew that when we booked!
