The Firs - Centre of Bowness, parking for 5+ cars

Had good weekend. Positive: The location was fantastic, the bedrooms were modern and the kitchen is well equipped. Negative: The furniture downstairs is quite outdated, we had to fix one of the chairs in the kitchen because one of the legs was so wobbly, so dangerous when we had a 3 year old with us. The Internet was really bad, I had to switch to my own. The beds were uncomfortable, mattresses weren't great so sleepless nights in most rooms. The house as a whole is beautiful but for downfalls of the above I don't think it was worth the money.

All of the comforts of home in a perfect location Positive: The room sizes were perfect for a large group and all the bedrooms felt special so no one was compromised on space or comfort. Having an en suite/bathroom for each bedroom was an added bonus. Negative: We planned a Sunday roast for 10 people but there aren’t enough large pans to cook large quantities of vegetables so we went out and bought a steamer from Lakeland. Also, the bowls we tiny- we made homemade soups and big pasta dishes for our large group, but the bowls we tiny and not even suitable for cereal in the morning - luckily the charity shop had a dinner service for sale. Small things which affected us (not greatly) and probably wouldn’t bother someone else. Neither of these things would put us off visiting again - we’d just bring a few extras with us - everything else was perfect.

قرب بحيرة وندرمير الجميلة Positive: قربه من البحيرة عشر دقائق مشي تقريبا وكذلك من السوبر ماركت 6 دقايق مشي احدى غرف النوم كانت غرفة جميلة و واسعة جدا جدا في الدور العلوي المطبخ كذلك واسع مع منطقة الطعام غرفتي معيشة وجود البيانو علامة فارقة Negative: صعوبة فتح النوافذ

Unforgettable experience Positive: The facility was spacious, exceptionally clean, and fully equipped—from the two living rooms and the kitchen to the bedrooms, which included four master suites and one additional room with a private external bathroom. The location is outstanding too, walking distance to the main lake, groceries and restaurants. I can't thing of something better Negative: Nothing that I didn't like at all. But if there one thing to add to the perfect set up will the Shattaf (bidet shower)in the toilet

Another fab break at the Firs.can’t wait to do it again in December Positive: Very high spec. Have stayed before so was not disappointed Negative: Liked everything
